ABUSE AND BULLYING POLICY

McMillian’s First Steps Academy is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all students and staff. Bullying, harassment, threats, intimidation, fighting, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

Students who engage in bullying or abusive behavior may face disciplinary consequences including parent conferences, suspension, behavioral contracts, or possible dismissal depending on the severity of the incident.

Parents are encouraged to report concerns immediately to administration. All reports will be reviewed promptly and confidentially.
